ETO can assist local manufacturers and exporters as well as US, Canadian, European and other importers to develop the data and certifications needed from Chinese outsourced factories for compliance with the regulatory requirements of the importing country, including tasks such as obtaining and screening the chemical composition profiles of exported product for compliance with the US Toxic Substance Control Act, the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), and the European Union Directives such as the Dangerous Substances and Preparations Directives, Safety Data Sheets Directive and Chemical Agents Directive. ETO works with companies and vendors throughout China to comply with the new Global Harmonisation System of chemical labelling.
